Get to know Susan a little better:

Why is working at a social impact-based company important to you?

I believe that the most important thing we can do as human beings is to help each other out.

If time travel were possible, where would you go and why?

Just 50 years in the future. The speed of change is so increasingly rapid that I’d love to see what the world and humanity look like in the next generations. I am an optimist and I think that in spite of all the problems we face today, our younger generations that are already alive today are in good shape both academically and morally – so I can’t wait to see what they do.

How do you spend your free time – when you have it?

Cooking, gardening, volunteering, swimming, biking. Love going to music, dance and arts events. What free time?

What does your perfect Saturday morning look like?

Quiet, unscheduled, good book. Nice weather at the farmers market or the lake. Planning a good meal for the evening.
